茶味蛋糕一直深受歡迎，自從抹茶紅豆蛋糕下架後不少客人表示可惜。本來想創作一個抹茶2.0蛋糕但市面上抹茶作主角的蛋糕林林總總，所以我們想創作一個不一樣的抹茶系蛋糕。CATCHI新品以玄米茶做主角，用上日本靜岡懸產特上玄米茶粉配搭宇治抹茶粉，首先入口的是濃滑的玄米茶忌廉，抹茶味會緊接著出現，由包裹著法國黑朱古力脆珠的抹茶甘納許呈獻，雙茶味道互不掩蓋，希望這款Double濃Cha蛋糕能夠帶給大家滿滿的幸福感。
